The Holidays are Stressful

The holidays can be a fun, family-filled time of the year, but for many, it's filled with stress. In fact, according to a 2018 study surveyed 2-thousand adults, and found 88-percent admit the holidays are the most stressful time of the year.


So, Who is Most Stressed and Why?


On average, the American Psychological Association found more women than men, feel more stress during the holidays.


There's many reasons for this. Women tend to shoulder the responsibility of holiday shopping and planning. However, the most common reason for holiday stress overall, is finances.


Although, some statistics show 69% of people are stressed by the feeling of having a lack of time. Then, more than half, 51% of people say they're stressed because of the pressure to give or get gifts.
